Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council is seeking planning permission for Erection of a detached single storey teaching block, sports hall to create accommodation for a net increase of 150 pupils and covered link with associated works at Clacton County High School, Walton Road, Clacton on Sea, Essex, C015 6DZ - CC/TEN/111/20
The proposed development may not accord with the provision of the Tending District Local Plan, (2011), and the emerging Tendring District Local Plan 2013-2033 and beyond publication draft (2017) in force in the area which the land to which the application relates is situated.
