NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

We Peapod Cafe hereby make application for a premises licence in respect of 30 Radford Way, Billericay Essex, CM12 0DA the proposed licensable activity is: for the retail sale of alcohol for the consumption on the premises only

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the licensing authority (Basildon Borough Council).
All such representations shall be made in writing within 28 days from the date below.

A record of the application and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the councils office address given above, by appointment between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays).

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; and the maximum fine from which a person is liable on summery conviction, is level 5 of the standard scale, (currently 5,000.00).
