The applications below have been made and can be seen on  'View planning Applications and Comment' on the Council's website at 

www.tendringdc.gov.uk

or at the Council's offices in Weeley during normal opening times.
You may, within 21 days from the date of this notice, send representations about the application in the Council online via 'view Planning Applications and Comment', or by letter to the Temporary Head of Planning Services, Council Offices, Weeley, CO16 9AJ.
If an application goes to the Planning Committee for a decision, the committee dates and reports can be found from the 'Planning Committee' link on the Planning homepage.

Application for Development not in accordance with the Development Plan

21/01845/FUL Stour Lodge Cottage, Station Road, Bradfield
Proposed detached dwelling and detached single garage on land adjacent to host dwelling for private use.
Application for Major Development affecting a Conservation Area
21/01257/OUT Land to The South of Weeley Road and to The East of Birch Avenue and Pine Close, Great Bentley
Variation of condition 12 of application 17/01881/OUT (allowed on appeal APP/P1560/W/19/3231554) to remove the reference within condition 12 which requires the pedestrian/cycle link between the site and Birch Avenue to be 3 metres in width. Also allowing for this link between the site and Birch Avenue to be a pedestrian link only.

Application affecting a Conservation Area

Proposed change of use from F1 (f) to C3 (residential). No internal or external alterations are proposed.
