Notice is hereby given that on 25th November 2021, Southend-on-Sea Borough Council (acting as the Licensing Authority for the purposes of the above Act) approved a Policy Statement (known as the Statement of Gambling Licensing Policy). The Statement will be published on 3rd January 2022, and will come into effect on 31st January 2022. The internet address where the Statement will be published is:
