Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council Intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Blunts Hall Road, Witham in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Stevens Road for a distance of approximately 75m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd February 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EN014M41818-Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while frame and cover replacement works are undertaken by Essex and Suffolk Water.
An alternative route is available via Blunts Hall Road, Highfields Road, Spa Road, Powers Hall End, Terling Road, Witham Road, Dancing Dicks Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 3rd February 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Cross Farm Road, Finchingfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Cross Farm Road, Finchingfield in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 83m west of its junction with Pump Lane for a distance of approximately 160m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th February 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD01458293156/2 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hall Road, Panfield in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 1085m south then east of its junction with Shalford Road for a distance of approximately 70m in an easterly direction. The closure Is scheduled to commence on 25th February 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD01458293104/1 - Anglian Water). (Hollow Road, Kelvedon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) (Church Lane, Kelvedon) (Temporary Suspension
of 7.5 Tonne Weight Restriction) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Hollow Road, Kelvedon in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 950m northwest of its junction with High Street for a distance of approximately 60m in a north westerly direction.
2. To temporarily suspend the 7.5 tonne weight restriction on Church Lane, Kelvedon for the duration of the above closure for access purposes.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd February 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03058834060/4 -Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while meter exchange works are undertaken by Anglian Water. The Order will come into effect on 3rd February 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Notley Green, Great Notley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Notley Green, Great Notley in the District of Braintree, from the junction with Cuckoo Way Roundabout to the junction with Pochard Way a distance of approximately 555m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th February 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2323910 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway, footway and cycleway repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council. (Oak Hill, Wethersfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Oak Hill, Wethersfield in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 140m southeast of its junction with Gosfield Road for a distance of approximately 110m in a south easterly direction.
