Following the listing of the above property on the Assets of Community Value register held by Tendring District Council the owners have notified their intention to sell the property. Community Groups with a local connection must send their intention to bid in writing to the address below by the end of 17 June 2022 whereby the six month full moratorium period would commence and end on 4 November 2022 as the six month moratorium includes the six week interim moratorium.
