Essex County Council (Manor Lane/Elizabeth Road, Harwich) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Manor Lane/ Elizabeth Road, in the Parish of Harwich in the District of Tendring as specified:
Road Description
Manor Lane, From its junction with Elizabeth Road for a distance Harwich of approximately 30 metres south west.

Elizabeth Road, From its junction with Manor Lane for a distance Harwich of approximately 30 metres north.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th March 2017 for five days or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new service connection is undertaken.
The alternative route will be via Franks Road, Main Road, Manor Road, Manor Lane and vice versa.
Access for emergency service vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained at all times during the closure.
The Order will come into effect on 6th March 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Notice is hereby given Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 31 March 2011 proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4 (1), 4(2), 32, 35,45,46,49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. (Freshfields Road Roundabout, Harwich) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Freshfields Road Roundabout, Harwich in the Tendring District, for a distance approximately 14 m on the south side. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th March 2017 for 20 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (EP201ECC4245 - Essex County Council) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while construction of sculpture works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Parkeston Bypass, St Nicholas Roundabout and vice versa.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Harwich Road, Wix in the Tendring District, opposite Megan Cottage for a distance of approximately 36m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd April 2017 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (AZ0081000543662 -National Grid Gas Distribution) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new gas connection works are undertaken by National Grid Gas Distribution. An alternative route is available via Clacton Road, Wix Road -Stones Green, Colchester Road, Wix Road, Harwich Road, Cross Hill, Beaumont Road, School Road, Oakley Road and vice versa.
