Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from CSH Environmental for continuation of use of waste recycling facility (as amended by planning permission ESS/29/16/COL) without compliance with Condition 3 (Operating hours) to allow dust carts to operate from the site on Good Friday April 14th 2017 between the hours of 06:00 - 16:30 and Condition 4 (HGV movement times) to allow 24 movements on Good Friday 14th April 2017.

(Stoneham Street, Coggeshall) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Stoneham Street, Coggeshall in the Braintree District, between nos 52 and 58 for a distance of approximately 11m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th March 2017 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (AD030000010445100 - Anglian Water) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new supply works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Church Street, Church Green, Colne Road, Gurton Road, Westfield Drive and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 27th March 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. Dated: 10/03/2017
