Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area)(Consolidation) (Amendment No.56) Order 201*
Notice is hereby given Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 31 March 2011 proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4 (1), 4(2), 32, 35,45,46,49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To revoke a Clearway Restriction (No Stopping At Any time) and replace with a Red Route Restriction

(No Stopping At Any time) on the following lengths of road in the District of Tendring Road Description

Williamsburg East side from the junction with the A120 Avenue- (St Nicholas roundabout) for a distance of

Harwich & 126.8 metres in a southerly then easterly Parkeston direction.
West side from the junction with the A120 (St Nicholas roundabout) for a distance of 26.0 metres south.
West side 39.0 metres south from the junction with the A120 (St Nicholas roundabout) for a distance of 138.6 metres in a southerly then easterly direction.
2. To introduce Permit Holders Only Restrictions (Zone W1) on the following lengths of road in the District of Tendring - all residential properties in West Street, Martello Road and Church Road will be able to purchase permits to park in Zone W1 as well as Essex Police who are stationed in Martello Road.

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008 by substituting tile numbers TM235 317 to revision 3, TM240 317 to revision 3, TM240 315 to revision 3, TM250 215 to revision 9, TM250 212 to revision 8 & TM115 152 to revision 1, TM085 167 to revision 3, TM085 165 to revision 3, TM170 152 to revision 14, TM060 242 to revision 3 and inserting tile number TM140 300. Further Details: A copy of the proposed Orders with plans showing the specified lengths of roads, a Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders and a copy of the Order to be amended may be inspected during normal office hours at Essex Highways, County Hall, Chelmsford, CM1 1QH, Tendring District Council, Town Hall, Station Road, Clacton on Sea, CO15 1SEA or at www.parkingpartnership.org

(Dead Lane, Lawford/Mistley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) (Tendring Hundred Show) Order 2017 The Essex County Council (Bromley Road, Chequers Road, Grange Road, Pedler's Corner & School Lane, Lawford/Mistley) (Temporary One Way & No Entry) (Tendring Hundred Show) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Orders under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the orders:
1. To temporarily close that length of Dead Lane, Lawford/ Mistley in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Chequers Road, west to its junction with Bromley Road.

2. To temporarily impose a one way restriction on the following length of Bromley Road, Chequers Road &, Pedler's Corner, Lawford/Mistley, in the District of Tendring:

The restrictions are scheduled to commence on 8 July 2017 for 1 day between the hours of 08:30 and 17:30h or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting, and are required for the safety of the public while the Tendring Hundred Show takes place.
Access for emergency service vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained at all times during the closure. The Order will come into effect on 8 July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Mill Lane, Bradfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mill Lane, Bradfield in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 220 m east of its junction with Windmill Road for a distance of approximately 40 m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th September 2017 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0081000608413 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas connection works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route is available via The Street, Heath Road, Cansey Lane, Windmill Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 7th July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Oxford Road, Manningtree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Oxford Road, Manningtree in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Regent Street up to Norman Road, a distance of approximately 63 m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th July 2017 for 36 days, or where stated on a valid
permit (AD037SM53707675/1 - Anglian Water). The scheduled
dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while emergency excavation in carriageway to repair collapsed sewer and lining works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Norman Road, New Road, The Walls, High Street, South Street, York Street, Oxford Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 14th July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. Dated: 07/07/2017
