Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To revoke the existing 'No Waiting 9am -6pm 1st Jun-31st Aug' restrictions and introduce 'No Waiting at Any Time' restrictions on the following length of Kirby Road, Walton on the Naze in the District of Tendring as specified:
Road Description
Kirby Road, NORTH SIDE: From a point approximately 60.5
Walton on the metres east of the eastern kerb line of Butchers Naze Lane, eastwards for a distance of approximately
188 metres to the western kerb line of the junction
to the Car Park Access.
SOUTH SIDE: From a point approximately 60.5 metres east of the eastern kerb line of Butchers Lane, eastwards for a distance of approximately 182 metres to the eastern building boundary of No.11 Kirby Road.

2. To revoke 'No Waiting 9am - 6pm 1st Jun-31st Aug' restrictions on the following length of Kirby Road, Walton on the Naze in the District of Tendring for the carpark access as specified:

Kirby Road, NORTH SIDE: From its junction with the eastern

Walton on the kerb line of Butchers Lane, north west for Naze a distance of approximately 10.5 metres.

3. To introduce 'No Waiting at Any Time' restrictions on the following length Arthur Ransome Way and unnamed road to new food store off Arthur Ransome Way, Walton on the Naze in the District of Tendring as specified:

Description
BOTH SIDES: From its junction with Kirby Road,
northwards for its entire length.
TM245 217 revision 1 to be introduced, TM250

BOTH SIDES: From its junction with Arthur
Ransome Way, eastwards for its entire length.
TM250 217 revision 6 to revision 7
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008 by introducing TM245 217 revision 1 and substituting tile numbers TM245 215 revision 1 to revision 2, TM250 215 revision 8 to revision 9, TM250 217 revision 6 to revision 7. Further details: A copy of the draft Order, a copy of this notice, a copy of the order to be amended, map tiles illustrating the proposal and a Statement of Reasons may be examined at all reasonable hours at Network Assurance, A2 Seax House, Victoria Road South, Chelmsford; Tendring District Council, Town Hall, Station Road, Clacton and Walton Library, 52 High Street, Walton on the Naze.
