THE thrills and spills of professional motorcycle racing are brought hilariously to life tonight by former rider and commentator Steve 'Stavros' Parrish.
Steve's highest finish came in the 1977 500cc grand prix season, as team mate to that year’s champion - Barry Sheene.
But he's just as famous in the world of motorsport for his practical jokes, which feature heavily in his latest show.
Sheene even said: "If he had put as much effort into the bike as he did the intricate pranks he pulled on people, he would certainly be a world champion.”
Joining Steve on stage is daughter Frankie, who has lived with her father's antics and the embarrassment they bring.
Steve Parrish is at Clacton's Princes Theatre at 7.30pm. Tickets are £20 (£18.50 concessions) on 01255 686633.
