FOLK fans are in for a bumper bonanza of song and dance at a charity fundraiser this Sunday.

Some of Essex and Suffolk's top performers are lined up at Clacton's West Cliff Theatre for a Taste of International Folk Song and Dance.

The line-up includes East Creek Union, The Where's Spot Band, Stewart Ross, Cockney Jocks Pipes and Drums, St Osyth Priory Morris Dancers and the Erin Brown, Matt Cudby and Terry Craig trio.

Award-winning Clacton-based The Company will also perform Riverdance.

The concert is in aid of the Help Alexia Walk appeal and Christmas gifts for children at Colchester General Hospital.

Alexia-Rose Sinclair, from Weeley, has cerebral palsy.

The three-year-old's family are trying to raise £75,000 to send her to America for an operation so she can use her arms and learn to sit and walk.

The concert is from 7.30pm to 10.30pm and tickets are £8.50 on 01255 433344.
