PLANS for the annual Essex Air Ambulance Motorcycle Run and Harwich Family Festival are in full swing.
Bikers will zoom into Harwich from 10am on Sunday September 7 after leaving from Laindon and line the streets before music and entertainment throughout the day on Harwich Green to raise money for the vital service.
Resident band Squabbler will be joined by local group Stone the Crows and a new act for this year, Paolo Morena.
Paolo's mix of indie, blues and soul is sure to entertain the crowd which is usually more than 7,000 strong.
Sponsorship and event manager for the Essex and Herts Air Ambulance Trust Wendy Marcon-Knightley said: "Join us this September for a fun filled afternoon on Harwich Green, there is so much to see and do and you will be helping to raise vital funds for Essex Air Ambulance which without direct Government funding relies on public donations to keep flying."
