FIRMS are being urged to bid for thousands of pounds before the time runs out.
Funding of up to £4,000 is on offer through the Digital Skills for Growth programme to help with training costs when business recruit.
The Essex Employment and Skills Board programme, run by Essex County Council, is encouraging businesses to appoint someone to a digital technology position.
This person could work on website development, computer programming or media production.
But the deadline for applications is November 30.
Mick Page, leader of Tendring Council said: “I am sure that there are companies in Tendring who could benefit from this funding and I urge them not to miss out.”
