A CHARITY cycle ride in aid of the Anne Frank Trust will make a stop in Harwich.
The 155 mile ride from London to Amsterdam will take place from May 29 to 31.
Those taking part will catch a ferry from Harwich International Port to the Hook of Holland.
As part of the trip fundraisers are taking in commemorative sites of the Kindertransport route.
About 10,000 children, most of whom were Jewish, were packed off on the Kindertransport to escape Nazi Europe, from December 1938 and September 1939.
Dropped off at Parkeston Quay, children stayed at Dovercourt's holiday camp, before they were taken off to foster families across the country.
The riders will visit the Kindertransport plaque in Harbour Crescent before heading to the port.
