A WOMAN has been arrested on suspicion of three counts of shoplifting.
Tendring Community Policing team spotted a woman who was wanted for shoplifting today.
Two PCSOs were on patrol around the Harwich and Dovercourt area speaking with retailers when their attention was drawn to a suspicious woman.
After a short follow on foot the woman was detained and officers arrested her on three counts of shoplifting between June 23 and today.
Gavin Pamment, who works for Superdrug in High Street, said: "It was great to see our PCSOs out today and we really appreciate the support they've given us".
A 44 year-old female from the Harwich area remains in custody and stolen property from today's offence has been recovered.
