I AM delighted to read Giles Watling is calling for the provision of more roads and rails before Tendring gets 15,000 more houses.
But has he not seen the cunning move by his council to offload all of these?
They are to go into the Colchester East Garden Community, so Tendring gets the benefit and Colchester gets the pain.
I think Will Quince should be speaking up on this, and it would also be nice to have Sir Bernard Jenkin come onside.
I have yet to see and sign of any expansion plans for Colchester hospital, or any of the other NHS facilities.
The only infrastructure that seems to be keeping up is education, so I was very disappointed to read of Cllr Ray Gooding's response to the current bus plans, as I had thought him a bit better.
