Social media users have taken to Twitter to comment on the fact that Facebook appears to be out of service.
At around 1pm today users began to comment on being unable to access the popular social media platform, due to an error which seems to be affecting users globally.

Facebook is yet to release statement, and people are rumoured to have actually begun to start speaking to each other in light of the situation.
