A TEENAGER has been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm after a boy reported being stabbed in Clacton.
Essex Police were called to a fight near Christmas Tree Island, in West Avenue, Clacton, at around 11.25am on Monday.
A teenage boy reported he had been stabbed in the fight, however he left the scene before officers arrived.
Enquiries are ongoing to find the victim.
A 17-year-old from Ipswich has been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm and is currently in custody for questioning.
Essex Police are appealing for witnesses.
