Travellers pitch up at leisure centre car park
TRAVELLERS have pitched up onto a leisure centre car park during the middle of the day.
Three traveller caravans set up camp on the Dovercourt Bay Lifestyles customer car park today.
A Tendring Leisure Centres Facebook post said: "Requisite notices have been served within one hour of their arrival by the Tendring Council team that deal with illegal parking.
"We apologise to customers for any inconvenience this may cause and suggest using Low Road to park if there are no available spaces left."
The post was published on the social media site at about 12.30pm today. (Wednesday, March 20).
Tendring Council has been contacted for comment.
