COLCHESTER is set to see some wet and windy weather next month.
The Met Office has issued predictions for weather in Colchester from this week until April 23.
This week is set to be dry but cloudy, with temperatures reaching 14 degrees today.
Tomorrow will be dry but cloudy, with some sunny spells during the day and temperatures reaching 13 degrees.
The outlook for Thursday to Saturday is mainly dry but generally cloudy through Thursday and Friday, with some sunny spells. Some fog patches are possible during the mornings.
After a fine and dry start on Saturday, especially across the south, cloud and outbreaks of rain across central parts will move erratically southeastwards. Further north, there'll be a mixture of sunny spells and blustery showers, these possibly turning wintry over the hills.
There will probably be a good deal of dry and sunny weather on Sunday after a chilly start in most places.
From the beginning of April to mid April we will see changeable conditions as spells of wet and windy weather moving southeastwards across the UK.
However it could well turn warm at times, particularly in the south.
