A GENEROUS youngster lopped off locks of her hair to help children with cancer.
Kyla King, eight, decided to donate her hair to the Little Princess Trust.
Her parents said she decided to brave the shave after watching a television advert about the trust.
She had her hair cut on Monday at the Sunkissed Salon, in Dovercourt.
Kyla, who attends Two Village Primary School, lost her grandfather to cancer two years ago.
Dad James King, from Little Oakley, said: “She was not worried at all - she just wanted to donate it to a good cause.”
Kyla also raised £180 for Cancer Research UK.
