A MAN convicted of a road rage assault has been handed a suspended jail term.
James Kerry denied the attack but was convicted after a trial at Colchester Magistrates' Court.
The 40-year-old was given an eight week prison sentence suspended for a year and must attend rehabilitation requirement days.
Kerry, of Chinook, Colchester, must pay £100 compensation, a £115 victim surcharge and £135 costs.
