THREE teenagers have been summonsed to answer charges of burglary and theft.

It follows reports of several offences across Harwich in February this year.

Jason O’Hara, 18, of Briardale Avenue, in Dovercourt, will answer a charge of theft.

A 17-year-old boy from Colchester will answer a charge of burglary.

A 15-year-old from Harwich has been summonsed to answer a charge of burglary.

But he will face no further action after being arrested on suspicion of theft.

All three will appear at Colchester Magistrates’ Court, in St Botolph’s Circus, on Tuesday, October 29.
