MUSIC buffs packed a pub for a fun-filled music quiz in Dovercourt.
A total of 14 teams filled the Royal Oak on Monday night for the final music quiz of 2019 hosted by the Harwich Society Quiz Team.
Team Tequila Mockingbird won the quiz with a remarkable 93 out of 100 and the quiz raised £350 for the Mayoress’ Appeal.
Colin Perry, who hosted the evening, said: “Our music quizzes always have a great atmosphere but I can’t remember one quite as special as that.
“Sylvia Todd, the mayoress, was definitely our dancing queen and everyone there went home very happy.
“It was a great night supporting a great cause.”
