THE Botanist has announced its Warrington launch date – making it the first restaurant and business to open in Time Square.

Bottomless brunch, deli-inspired lunches, signature mains, Sunday roasts and more than 60 ales as well as botanical cocktails and sharing desserts – many featuring an extra touch of magic with dry ice – will be served from Monday, December 2, in time for Christmas parties.

Warrington Guardian:

It will be The Botanist's 19th restaurant and one of the chain's biggest with space for 170 diners on two floors and capacity for around 100 people at the bar. There will also be a private dining space for up to 10.

Botanist venues are themed around the idea of discovering a 'secret garden' with quirky decor as well as 'antiquities and trinkets' to match and the Warrington branch will even have its own water feature.

There will also be regular live bands, cocktail and ale masterclasses and kids' craft mornings.

Warrington Guardian:

And the opening will create 60 jobs in the area.

Liam Wood, head of openings for The Botanist's Knutsford-based parent company The New World Trading Company, said: “We’re all really excited to be getting The Botanist open in Warrington before Christmas.

"Our team are working tirelessly to create a secret garden and botanical paradise in Time Square – and we can’t wait to reveal what it looks like inside.

"Recruitment for our team is underway at the moment so we’re still on the lookout for some talented and enthusiastic people to join us before we open."
