A PENSIONER who had a heart attack behind the wheel and was saved by firefighters is lucky to be alive.
Jon Lindsey, who crashed last month, was “brought back to life” by Dovercourt Fire Station’s crew who were at the scene within minutes.
The station is losing its full-time crew next March to become on-call only, and crews might not get to victims in time to save their lives.
