On Wednesday, January 8, I was taken ill in the morning and an ambulance had to be called.
The response was fast and professional, I could not wish for a better service. Both the paramedics were polite and friendly.
On arrival at the hospital I was taken straight in, seen by a nurse and then a doctor. I had a quite a few tests done.
I was kept informed of everything they were doing and why I was on a drip for a couple of hours.
I think our medical staff at the hospital deserve a medal for the way they treat the patients, also the ambulance service for the way they put our minds at rest and the treatment we receive from them under difficult circumstances.
So thank you Essex ambulance service and Colchester Hospital.
