A WOMAN returned home to find the word cheat scratched into her car in Dovercourt.
Ebonie King discovered her car, parked in Main Road, had the word keyed into the back of her Volkswagen at 11.10am on Sunday, February 9.
The sides of the car were also scratched.
Ms King said: "It was reported to the police as soon as I saw the car."
She believes she knows who the perpetrator was.
Another resident called Darren Harvey had the word 'whore' sprayed onto his car on February 6.
He said: "It's about time more CCTV is put up in the crime hot spot areas."
