A HOLISTIC centre offering crystal therapy, Reiki healing and holistic massages to customers has opened.

Angela Ward, from Lawford, runs the therapy centre, in High Street, Manningtree.

The official opening ceremony was set to take place on Saturday, March 28 with Essex county councillor Carlo Guglielmi, but it has been postponed due to the coronavirus outbreak.

“The space is a relaxing, tranquil setting in which you can feel free and nurtured.

Ms Ward said the centre was born out of the love of all things holistic and it is a safe space, almost “sacred”, where people can relax.

She added: “The space is a relaxing, tranquil setting in which you can feel free and nurtured.

“With the adoption of Eastern holistic therapy approaching, the centre helps people to find their internal power and connect with their mind.

“Our mission to help as many people as possible to be who they are with compassion, free from fear and judgment of themselves and others.

“We also plan on having the centre as a training centre so that others can learn how to provide holistic therapies.”

They will offer therapies which help to connect the mind, body and spirit through meditation, crystals and Reiki healing.

She will also be holding workshops that are centred around essential oils for health as well as teaching Reiki.

Life coaching and spiritual mentoring are also among the services the centre will offer, which aims to assist people in breaking the barriers of thought that confine them.
