DOG walkers are being urged to pick up after their pets at a popular spot in Dalton.
Owners of dogs have been asked ‘why are you doing this?’ in the area of Butts Beck where a huge collection of dog poo bags has been left.
The issue has become more prominent as residents and dog walkers have been told to only exercise in the local area close to home as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
As a result, residents are urging dog walkers to be even more careful to pick up after their pets in the current climate.
