A GROUP of youths have been caught playing football in a cemetery’s baby garden.
Police received reports of the six teenagers having a game in the Rose Bud Baby Garden and Fox Covert Cemetery yesterday evening, Wednesday.
Their actions have been described as ‘really disrespectful and totally unacceptable’.
Officers’ patrols in the area will be increased as a result.
A Cheshire Police spokesman: “We have come in this morning to reports of up to six youths playing football in the baby garden of Fox Covert Cemetery.
“This type of behaviour is really disrespectful and totally unacceptable.
“We will be increasing our presence around there as a result of this report.”
