POLICE are hunting for a pair of suspects after a sound system was stolen.
The duo were seen entering The Newell Centre in Tozer Way, Chichester, at about 7pm on October 12.
Police say they “acted suspiciously before leaving”.
A sound system consisting of a speaker and a microphone, worth approximately £500, is reported to have been stolen from the centre at around this time.
Sussex Police are now searching for the suspicious pair as officers investigate the burglary.
The woman was wearing a distinctive leopard print face mask, as well as a white t-shirt and skinny fit blue jeans.
Police say she is about 5ft 5in tall, in her mid-late 30s and had blonde, mousey hair in a ponytail.
Officers are particularly keen to identify this woman, who is also described as having a rounded face and a slight tan.
The male suspect was also about 5ft 4in tall, and was wearing a denim baseball cap, black bomber jacket, a red and white scarf and skinny fit blue jeans.
He is described by police as being skinny with a gaunt, unshaven face.
A Sussex Police spokesman said: “Police are keen to hear from anyone who may have seen a man and woman matching this description around that time, or indeed anyone seen acting suspiciously around the time of the burglary.
“Specifically, officers would like to establish the identity of the woman wearing the face mask, who was accompanying the man.
“Anyone with any information is asked to report it online or call 101, quoting serial 174 of 14/10.”
