A POPULAR Brantham school has announced their pupil admissions number will be increasing following high demand.
Brooklands Primary School will be taking on more pupils in their early years intake this September.
In a statement, the school said they are ‘delighted’ to announce the news after receiving a ‘significant’ amount of applications.
A spokesman from Brooklands said: “We are thrilled to be able to offer additional places for September this year and are very fortunate to already have the internal space for an additional class room for that month.
“This will mean from September we will have two early years classes. Grace Glanvill will remain our early years teacher and we are currently in the process of appointing another talented teacher to join our amazing team.”
The increase comes a year ahead of the school’s planned expansion for September 2022, which will see Brooklands expand its site.
They added: “I know many of you have been taking a keen interest in the school’s expansion plans and the formal consultation will be starting in the next few weeks.”
