Rush-hour crash closes part of busy road's carriageway
TWO vehicles have been involved in a rush-hour crash on a busy road.
Essex Highways is reporting there has been an accident on the A12.
The incident, involving two vehicles, has resulted in a partial blockage on the Londonbound carriageway between between J24 (Kelvedon North) and J22 (Witham North).
