MORE people who breached the coronavirus lockdown rules in Southend have been issued fines.

The restrictions meant people were unable to leave their local area except for essential reasons, such as health and employment.

People were allowed to form a ‘bubble’ with one other household and were allowed to exercise with one other person from another household under the rules.

However, the following people were caught in Southend breaching the rules and have all been ordered to pay hundreds of pounds following hearings on November 17.

They were:

Renaldas Mileris, 25 and of Grosvenor Road, Dagenham, was caught in Southend by police on February 15.

He was inside a vehicle in Victoria Avenue with people outside his household and had no ‘reasonable’ excuse for being so far from home.

He was fined £660 and ordered to pay £156 in costs.

Samuel Ibidapo, 20 and of Goldmer Close, Shoebury, held a house party on March 27.

When police were called to the property, they found 10 people inside.

Lacey Lazell, 20 and of Scotts Hall Road, Canewdon, was caught attending a party which involved people from different households in Shoebury on March 27.

She was fined £660 and ordered to pay costs of £156.
