A DRINK driver has been banned from the roads for more than a year.
Marius Calin Adam, 37, of Church Road, Wrabness, was caught driving a Ford Kuga in Colchester on October 31 while over the legal alcohol limit.
He was found to have 60mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg.
Appearing at Colchester's Magistrates' Court, Adam admitted to drink driving and was banned from the roads for 18 months.
He was fined £230, ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge and costs of £105.
