Harwich Shanty Festival set to host second cake sale fundraiser
AFTER a successful debut, a second cake sale fundraiser is set to take place.
The Harwich Shanty Festival will host another ‘Shanty’n’Cake’ day, with the last event raising more than £500.
Shanty festival organisers are welcoming offers of help with baking, serving cakes and attending to customers on the day.
Those who would like to sing at the event should contact the organisers as well.
The event will be on Sunday, May 1, from 11am to 5pm across the road from The New Bell in Outpart Eastward.
