PARENTS who want to get their children into cricket are in for a treat as free cricket coaching sessions are set to take place.
The sessions, hosted by Harwich and Dovercourt Cricket Club, will be delivered by England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) qualified coaches.
Children aged five to 16 are encouraged to come along and improve, age groups are split between five to eight-year-olds and nine to 16-year-olds.
Parents of younger children are expected to stay whilst the coaching takes place. A consent and contact form will be given out on the first session for completion
The coaching sessions will take place at Harwich and Dovercourt Cricket Club in West End Lane every Friday evening from April 29 onwards.
