A CARING council has announced plans to help its residents through the winter by opening a warm space in the new year.
Harwich Town Council will open the warm space providing refreshments and activity tables whilst open with soup and bread served at lunchtime.
The space is in Park Pavilion and will open from Wednesday, January 4, until Wednesday, March 29.
