A ROTARY club has launched an emergency appeal to aid victims of the earthquake in Turkey and Syria.
Manningtree Rotary Club is working to aid those suffering after an earthquake with a magnitude of at least 7.8 hit south-eastern Turkey, near the Syrian border on Monday, February 6.
At the time of writing, the death toll has passed 5,000 and the rotary club is appealing for donations to Shelterbox for immediate relief for families.
