HARWICH residents have the chance to treat themselves with a relaxing group meditation system.
Reverberating Stillness Soundbath takes place at St Nicholas Church in Old Harwich on Tuesday, September 26.
Doors open at 7.15pm although participants are asked to arrive not later than 7.10pm.
After this, the doors will be locked and reopened around an hour later once the session is finished.
Guests are advised to bring their own yoga mat, to stay hydrated both before and afterwards and to avoid alcohol for 12 hours before and after.
