A SUPERMARKET has made a generous donation towards a long-standing charity celebrating a milestone anniversary.
The RNLI will celebrate 200 years of saving life at sea in 2024 with a Dinner Dance.
Five months ahead of the special occasion, Tesco has donated raffle prizes for the evening.
Harwich has had a lifeboat station dating back to the 1800s, with the first lifeboat named Braybrooke.
The Dinner Dance will take place on March 2, 2024 at 8pm.
All profits will be donated to the RNLI.
