A GROWING development has opened its newest show home in the hope of enticing those looking for their next home.
A new three-bedroom show home called The Rowley has opened at City and Country’s Manningtree Park development.
The show home has a separate kitchen dining area and lounge and also includes a detached office pod at the end of the garden.
The added space has floor-to-ceiling windows and would be perfect as an office, home gym, yoga or artist studio.
Upstairs, the property boasts three spacious bedrooms and a principal suite, complete with built-in wardrobes and a luxury en-suite.
The homes on the development have also been designed with energy efficiency in mind.
Each home has an efficient combination boiler as well as measures to reduce energy and water usage.
The homes also include a provision for electric car charging points and high levels of insulation.
The site is in the early stages of development and will also have a farm shop, café and a natural playground for the public to enjoy.
Shelley West, group sales and marketing director at City and Country said: “The Rowley is a truly fantastic offering, with a unique personality.
“It is designed to offer flexible living, with the added benefit of luxurious interiors amidst modern appliances and impeccably planned outdoor space.
“This light and bright home has everything a family would need, with contemporary interiors, reflecting the tranquil open landscaped parkland outside.”
Georgina Tarn, interior designer manager at City and Country added: “The Rowley is the first show home of its kind from City and Country.
“As in-house specialists, we got involved in the design process at the very beginning, forming the idea of the ideal Essex country home for our buyers.
“We wanted to create a space that was both comfortable and inviting, but also luxurious, offering flexible stylish living.
“It was a great joy to design The Rowley’s office pod, a versatile, multi-functional space, which we hope will cater to a variety of buyers’ needs.”
