STORE wars in Manningtree have come to an end after a legal battle was thrown out.
The Co-operative Society applied for a judicial review after permission was granted for a Tesco store to be built in Manningtree.
But a final attempt to get the planning permission overthrown was refused by the High Court on Friday, April 27.
The store will now be built, after a three and a half year planning process, in Station Road.
