A new £20 Scottish bank note has been unveiled which depicts the woman who commissioned the famous Mackintosh tearoom.
Kate Cranston, a turn of the century entrepreneur, gave Charles Rennie Mackintosh the funding to proceed with his landmark venue.
It is the first £20 Scottish bank note to feature a woman other than the Queen on the front.
The new Royal Bank of Scotland polymer note was revealed at the tearoom in Glasgow, with a blown-up version of the design on show.
Ms Cranston, who died aged 85 in 1934, was a leading figure in the development of the tearooms.
