POLICE executed an emergency warrant due to concerns of "cuckooing".
Harwich officers executed the warrant on July 3 which resulted in heroin being taken off the streets.
Two people were held in custody for Class A possession with intent to supply.
They were then released under investigation pending forensic examination of the drugs found.
One person was given a community protection warning not to enter Tendring and the other was given a community protection warning not to contact the tenant of the property.
Inspector Darren Deex, of the Tendring Community Policing Team, said: "We are also working with the relevant housing association to restrict access to the premises."
