A MAN will appear in court charged with an assault at a nightclub.
Simon Shelton, 27, of Dunnock Way, Colchester, will appear at Colchester Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday December 3.
He has been charged with one count of wounding without intent and one count of causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
It follows reports of an assault in August.
