A BUSY car dealership and service centre in Colchester has closed, it has been announced.
Seat dealership Miller and Middleton, in Bergholt Road, is no longer an official retailer for the Spanish car maker, which is owned by Volkswagen.
The garage and car dealership has now closed to the public, with the nearest official Seat venues now in Ipswich and Braintree.
The new was announced in a letter to customers, which has been seen by the Gazette.
It said: "We wanted to let you know Miller and Middleton Seat Colchester is no longer a Seat Approved Retailer or Seat Authorised Repairer.
"However, we expect to have a replacement retailer for you very soon."

The letter advises customers who are looking to buy a new or used car or need repairs or service work to contact other retailers in the area.
Miller and Middleton is now listed as closed on Google.
The letter says there will be no changes to customer's finance agreements or insurance.
