Coronavirus: Number of UK deaths rises to 281
NEARLY fifty more people have died in the UK from the coronavirus.
The government has announced that 281 people have died after testing positive for COVID-19.
This has risen by 48 from yesterday's total of 233.
The number of cases has also drastically increased from 5,018 to 5,683.
